Hackshield Update Error : 0x30000030(805306416)???

I'm in Montreal now in a hotel.
I keep getting this error code when I try to go online to play MS.
I thought it was the free wireless in the hotel but the same hackshield error came up at both hotels, (Ottawa & Montreal).
So I thought maybe I didn't do the patch update, and redownloaded the .exe from scratch.
Still getting same error.
Did all my research with google and still nothing.
Strange???
With issues like this I usually copy the dir from my other computer that has the working patch and paste it, but I am out of town atm....

I can't log in... seems everytime I try it keeps trying to patch... grrr
